Liquidated Damages Clause

A liquidated damages clause is a clause included in a restraint of trade clause that requires a person who breaches the restraint to pay an amount of money as a ‘pre-estimate’ of the damages you would be entitled to receive as compensation for the loss caused by the restraint.
