Low-Paid Authorisation

A low-paid authorisation is something that a union or bargaining representative may seek from the FWC for a proposed multi-enterprise agreement. If granted, it will assist low-paid employees and employers who have not had the benefit of collective bargaining in the past to make an enterprise agreement.
