An objectionable term is a term that requires or permits (or has the effect of requiring or permitting) a breach of the general protections provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) or the payment of a bargaining services fee (a fee to a union for providing services in relation to a proposed enterprise agreement).
