Hebeich Pty Ltd, a beauty therapy company, employed Ms Oliver. Ms Oliver claimed she was sexually harassed by her co-worker, Mr Catalfamo, over the course of 11 months.
The sexual harassment consisted of:
- suggestive comments and jokes;
- sexual noises;
- enquiries about Ms Oliver’s sex life;
- requests for sex; and
- an incident of sexual assault.
