Q: We have just discovered that the rates of pay in an enterprise agreement that is currently in its access period prior to a vote are incorrect! What is the best way to rectify this?

A: You will need to alter the enterprise agreement to include the correct rates of pay and begin the 7-day access period again.

Generally, if you change/amend any provision of the enterprise agreement during the 7-day access period, you will need to start a new 7-day access period.
