Reducing hours in line with JobKeeper payments

Q: I am in the process of reducing an employee’s working hours to be in line with the JobKeeper payment, as the work they do has dried up. I am getting resistance from the employee who says that they should either be at home receiving it or taking their normal wage for less hours. If you could offer some advice or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
